Healthy family dinner. Family dinner is probably the only time of the day when we are all together and, more than that, we are relaxed and we can enjoy each other.
The other meals of the day are always on the run, we can hardly get together with the little ones and stay at least 10 minutes together at the table. That is why we really wanted to make dinner for all four of us, for the evening meal to be served all the time in the family.
Okay, okay, we all get together to have dinner with the family, but what do we put on the table?
If I have a fixed idea (I have many, but we skip it), it's for dinner to eat as easy and healthy as possible. During the day we are always on the run and we easily eat junk food, which is why at least for dinner we have healthy, nutritious and easy food.
Starting from this, I thought of gathering healthy family dinner ideas:

Busy moms know what I'm saying! When you have nothing else in the fridge and you have to prepare something fast, easy to make, tasty and healthy, always a muffin with cheese and cream is the save. You can combine several types of cheese (I'm crazy after the camembert) or you can put an egg on top, for added flavor.

What can be tastier, more nutritious and easier than a couscous with vegetables. Plus it's very handy. Stir in the pan what vegetables you have in the fridge and separately let them swell a hand with the seam. Mix them and shave a little on the plate. Even last night, I used this recipe.
3. Pasta with cheese sauce and cherry tomatoes
If you use wholemeal pasta, you even have a healthy dinner. You still need some cheese (I often make telemea, blue cheese, parmesan) and a little cream. Put all the milk in the pan, add a few cherry tomatoes and a handful of fresh basil (if you have, if it is not very good and frozen or dry). The cooked pasta is thrown into this sauce. Remember that pasta is a child's favorite.

Chicken some slices of bread with oil in the oven. Once browned, rub each slice of bread with a clove of garlic. Separately, while baking the bread, make a salsa sauce: diced tomatoes, a crushed garlic puppy, a few basil leaves and olive oil. The sauce is placed on the baked bread. You can also put avocado on baked bread with garlic, lemon and olive oil or humus.

Always some cakes are welcome. But if you don't like meat, you can make vegetables. The basic is the potato and then add what you have in the fridge: shaved pumpkin, shaved carrot, a little celery, onion, garlic, greens, eggs and a handful of bread crumbs. You model them beautifully in your hand and place them in the oven, in a tray lined with baking paper. For me, the best garnish with these pies is rice or green salad.
